The Economics of Prehospital Blood Conference group room block is open to make your room reservation at the Hyatt Regency Washington DC on Capitol Hill.  The group contracted room rate is $359/night + 15.95% tax (Note: the destination fee has been waived). All charges will be charged to the credit card you secure with the hotel when making your room reservation. 

The deadline for the group rate is March 30, 2026, based on availability.  The group rate may sell out before that date. This group rate applies 3 days pre and post the conference, based on hotel availability.

Hotel Check in: 4:00 pm; Check out: 11:00 am (subject to change without notice). Early check-in & late check-out are subject to availability and hotel approval.

Hotel Deposit Policy: a first night’s room and tax will be applied to your credit card when booking your room reservation. This guarantees late arrival.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Cancellation will be accepted 48hours prior to 11:59 PM ET Time the Day of Arrival. Should you cancel your room reservation after check-in and depart early, the charge will be one night’s room and tax.

Book your flight reservation into Washington, DC.  The closest airport to the Hyatt Hotel on Capitol Hill and the ACS Headquarters is Reagan Washington (DCA) Airport which is 3.4 miles away.
