Vijay has extensive industry experience in business development, medical affairs, drug safety epidemiology, academic research collaborations, and research and development of new technologies. He also manages a business unit at Octapharma collaborating and supporting startup cell and gene therapy manufacturers with Octapharma’s plasma proteins, especially with global regulatory filings of CAR T and Gene Therapy products. In addition, he currently worked with Department of Defense on the FDA Emergency Use Approval of Octapharma’ s dried plasma product for military use.
